At Impasto at The Phoenix, we are dedicated to the art of crafting authentic, contemporary, Neapolitan style pizzas. Our passion drives us to use only the finest and freshest ingredients we can get our hands on!
We are very proud of our unique dough, which is testiment to the years of research and development we have put in, to create a crispy, but light and digestible pizza.
We make and bake, hand-stretched dough daily to bring the traditional flavours of Southern Italy to your table.
We have spent a lot of time, back and fourth to the Campania region and beyond; sourcing ingredients, experimenting with flavours and putting our creative spin on traditional pizza.
Gathering knowledge and experience in to the flavours of other cultures has allowed us to diversify our palettes and bring a taste of Italy to you in the UK.
We try to create a pizza for every taste and dietary requirements.
We can cater for Gluten Free, Vegan, Vegetarian, Nut and Dairy Allergies.

Pizza Fritta
Our deep fried pizza, is traditionally Neapolitan. It was often cooked in this way as bread ovens were either in-accessible or too expensive for the everyday person.
Our spin on the pizza fritta, must be tried to be believed! Crispy on the outside, light and pillowy on the inside, topped with either savoury or sweet ingredients for a starter or a dessert option!
